简况 山东省外国专家局是山东省人民政府下属的全省性专门从事国际人才交流的非盈利性部门，在国家外国专家局的指导和山东省人事厅的领导下开展工作。
Brief Shandong Provincial Bureau of Foreign Experts belongs to the People’s Government of Shandong Province. It is a non-profit provincial department engaged in international exchange of personnel. It performs its work under the guidance of the State Bureau of Foreign Experts and the leadership of Personnel Bureau of Shandong Province.
宗旨 通过国际间的人才交流活动，促进山东工业、农业、商业、财经、金融、科技、教育、医药、文化、交通等各界与世界各国和地区同行之间的交流与合作，为振兴山东经济、增进山东的对外友好往来和经贸发展、科技进步服务。
Aim Through the activities in international exchange of personnel, to promote the exchange and cooperation in industry, agriculture, commerce, finance and economics, banking, science and technology, education, medicine, culture and traffic between Shandong and the world, and serves the promotion of Shandong economy and international relations, the development of economic and trade, the progress of science and technology.
主要职责 聘请国外具有较高专业技术水平、丰富管理经验，能够解决技术或管理难题的外国专家来山东工作，组织省内有关技术与管理人员到国外对口单位进行实习培训和研修等。我们的服务是面向全世界的，凡是有利于经济和科技文化交流的，只要需要，我们都会免费提供热热情周到的服务。
凡需聘请外国专家或派员出国培训的单位，均可询问当地外国专家局或直接告知我局。
国（境）外有意来山东从事友好科技文化交流或给予技术指导、咨询的人员，可直接与我们联系，我们将免费为您提供优质的中介服务。
Main Duty To invite foreign experts to work in Shandong province in the related fields. The experts should possess higher professional technology, rich experience of management and be capable of solving technological or managerial difficult problems. To organize technicians and managers of Shandong province as trainees and graduate students in foreign counterpart enterprises and business corporations. Our service face to the whole world. Provided necessary, we will offer warm and good service free of charge whatever benefit to the exchange of economy, science and technology and culture.
Any enterprises and business corporations which need to invite foreign experts or dispatch personnel go aboard to be trained can inquire local Bureau of Foreign Experts or inform Shandong Provincial Bureau of Foreign Experts.
